Pumpkin, Potatoes or Taro Orecchiette

 

INGREDIENTS

3 teaspoons SAGANÀ Salted Coconut Spread
1/2 pumpkin, potatoes or taro
500g fresh Orecchiette
3 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
2 tablespoons SAGANÀ Coconut Fruit Purée, Natural or Roasted
Pepper
Salt
Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop pumpkin, potatoes or taro in small pieces, sprinkle salt and pepper, add SAGANÀ Salted Coconut Spread and SAGANÀ Coconut Spread and roast in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C or fry in a pan. Boil the fresh pasta and set aside. Mince shallot and garlic and sautée in the pan in SAGANÀ Salted Coconut Spread until golden. Add the roasted Hokkaido and fresh pasta, add SAGANÀ Coconut Spread roasted according to taste and garnish with parsley.
