What you need:
SAGANÀ Coconut Sweetener (2 tbsp / as much as you want, depending on your taste!)
Fresh water (you can also use sparkling water)
Start by squeezing the lemons and limes -- with your own hands, it's always more authentic !
Combine the blueberries, SAGANÀ Coconut Sweetener and a glass of water in a pan over medium heat to make a syrup. Stir for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
You will get a "blueberry puree" !
Whisk together the blueberry puree and lemon juice and let it cool for a while.
Then strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
Add approximately 75cl of water (or as much as you want!), stir well and place in the refrigerator. You can serve over ice and add blueberries in the glass !
