HOMEY CRANBERRY COOKIES

Ingredients :

  • 45g salted butter + 40g unsalted butter

  • 1 egg

  • 85g SAGANÀ Coconut Sweetener

  • 150g flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 100g dried cranberries

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Follow these steps :

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Soften butter in microwave or over a warm water bath. Beat together the softened butter, egg, coconut sweetener and vanilla extract. Then add the flour and baking soda. Mix everything until well blended.

Stir in the dried cranberries.

Last step! Using 2 spoons, make balls with the dough onto a prepared baking sheet. Try to space them as they will spread. Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes, until they get nicely golden.

Let them cool for a while on the baking tray . Voilà! Eat them directly if you cannot wait, or store in a cool place for a few days.
