The best thing about baking at home: you can choose your preferred ingredients and create your own new recipes! 
Try these tasty and crunchy cookies !
What you need:
  • 45g salted butter + 40g unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 85g Saganà coconut sweetener
  • 150g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 100g dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Beat together the butter, egg, coconut sweetener and vanilla extract. Then add the flour and baking soda. Mix everything until well blended.
Stir in the dried cranberries
Last step! Using 2 spoons, make balls with the dough onto a prepared baking sheet. Try to space them as they will spread.
Bake in the pre-heated oven (180°) for about 10 minutes, until they get nicely golden.
Let them cool for a while on the baking tray
Voilà! Eat them directly if you cannot wait, or store in a cool place for a few days.
