How to cook : Soak overnight or at least 30 minutes to soften the wholegrain. Put 1 cup with 1.5 cups of water in a pot or in a rice cooker. One (1) cup makes three (3) cups of boiled rice! Delicious in cold salad, as side dish or dessert.
